Recognized Training Programs | South Carolina Department of Revenue

Starting September 1, 2025, Alcohol Server Training program providers can submit training programs that meet the requirements of H.3430 for approval by the SCDOR.

Before submitting training programs for certification, please review the following documents:

Licensees and servers - The SCDOR has not yet approved any server training programs to meet the requirements of H.3430. We will update this page when server training is available. To receive an email when training programs are approved, subscribe to Alcohol Beverage Licensing News at dor.sc.gov/emails.

The following training programs have not been reviewed and certified under H.3430 but are recognized by the SCDOR for educating alcohol enforcement to:

Employees who are in violation of ABL laws and regulations and must complete a recognized training program (SC Code of Law Sections 61-4-50(C) and 61-6-4080(C).
Employees who serve beer at breweries for on-premises consumption (SC Code of Law, Section 61-4-1515(A)(8)).
Employees who serve alcoholic liquors at manufacturing locations or micro-distilleries for on-premises consumption (SC Code of Law Section 61-6-1155(C)(5)).
