Starting September 1, 2025, Alcohol Server Training program providers can submit training programs that meet the requirements of H.3430 for approval by the SCDOR.

Before submitting training programs for certification, please review the following documents:

Submit all training programs to ABL@dor.sc.gov
Licensees and servers - Approved server training programs will be available by
November 1, 2025.

Stay compliant with ABL training
The following training programs have not been reviewed and certified under H.3430 but are recognized by the SCDOR for educating alcohol enforcement to:
- Employees who are in violation of ABL laws and regulations and must complete a recognized training program (SC Code of Law, Sections
61-4-50(C) and
61-6-4080(C).
- Employees who serve beer at breweries for on-premises consumption (SC Code of Law, Section
61-4-1515(A)(8)).
- Employees who serve alcoholic liquors at manufacturing locations or micro-distilleries for on-premises consumption (SC Code of Law, Section 61-6-1155(C)(5)).
