File using Motor Fuel EDI. Users will need to complete a Motor Fuel EDI Registration Application (D-155) to participate. Developers will need to complete the Motor Fuel EDI Developer Application (D-154).

File Supplier, Terminal, and Transporter returns using the SCDOR Motor Fuel Online Filing System (ZyTax).​

Batch Filing on MyDORWAY
Batch filing is a convenient electronic filing method for payroll tax service providers or other return preparers who file 10 or more returns in a quarter. See our Batch Withholding Program page for more information about this option and apply to paritcipate as a Batch Filer.

Use MyDORWAY, our online taxpayer portal, to submit wage and tax statements (W2s) to the SCDOR. The W2 Portal is a quick and easy way to upload W2s. 

Do not file the paper WH1612 Transmittal Form for W2s when using the W2 Portal. (See: Instructions and Specifications for Filing Forms W2- RS-1​.)
