What to bring:

Your file number
A signed Power of Attorney if you're representing someone else
The relevant SCDOR letter, bill, or notice if that's what your visit is concerning
A valid photo ID

Payment options:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Money order
Checks that are mailed or brought to an office may be converted into a debit (ACH) transaction for faster processing.

When to expect longer wait times:

Noon - 2 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Mondays are the busiest day of the week
The next business day after a holiday
The 20th of the month (Sales Tax due)

Please be aware:

We cannot prepare tax returns or complete applications.
Alcohol Beverage License and Coin Operated Device applications are not guaranteed the same day if they are accepted after 4 p.m.
