No, South Carolina Fillable Forms were established in 2011. The goal of South Carolina Fillable Forms is to provide resident individual taxpayers with the electronic equivalent of the paper forms and instructions the State of South Carolina currently provides.

• You can choose to use the EFW/direct debit method. Fill in the required information on the e-filing worksheet. 
  
• If you print and mail your return, you can pay online using our free tax portal, MyDORWAY, at dor.sc.gov/pay. Select Individual Income Tax Payment to get started. Do not mail the SC1040-V if you pay online. If you choose to pay by check or money order, attach payment to your return and mail to the SCDOR. Do not mail payment separately with the SC1040-V.

2. Input the information into the form or schedule and use the "Do the Math" button when necessary.
