Required Alcohol Server Training Now Available

Alcohol servers and managers must complete an approved server training program according to a state law passed last year. Alcohol server training programs that meet the requirements of SC Code Section 61-3-120(B) are now available.

On Wednesday, February 25, Rep. Weston Newton introduced House Joint Resolution 5261 to extend the alcohol server training deadline to May 1, 2026. The House passed the Joint Resolution on Friday, February 27.
