Tax Software and Forms Developers Only

The South Carolina Department of Revenue requires software developers​ to complete the following steps before submitting substitute forms for review:

  1. Email​ your completed Letter of Intent (LOI) to LOISubmissions@dor.sc.gov​ by August 12, 2024,​ to gain access to our ​submission portal.
  2. Once we’ve received your LOI, we will send you a copy of everything you need to get started. You will not be able to submit forms for review until we have approved your LOI.
