SCDOR agents arrested a Myrtle Beach man on Friday and charged him with operating a business without a retail license.
Brian David Dushanko, 38, of Myrtle Beach, had his retail license revoked in July 2025 due to unpaid business taxes, according to an arrest warrant. Although he was told to cease operations and close the business, he continued to operate, the warrant alleges.
If convicted of the charge, Dushanko faces a maximum sentence of 30 days in jail and/or a $200 fine. He is being held in the J. Ruben Long Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
