As of May 2, 2024, your decals will be shipped to you (no PO Boxes) after you have ordered them either on MyDORWAY, by mail, or in-person at one of our offices.
After you have used one of the methods below to order and purchase your decals, the SCDOR will mail your decals to your designated address using the United Parcel Service (UPS). A signature is required for proof of receipt. Order processing time is 3-5 business days once the SCDOR receives payment for your decals.
Order on MyDORWAY (recommended)

order decals by logging in, scrolling to your account, and clicking
More Account Options. On the next screen click

- You can make payments using your checking, savings, or credit card account.
- If you don't have a
MyDORWAY account, you can
sign up now. You'll need:
- Your FEIN or SSN
- Your Coin Operated Device file number
- The Letter ID displayed at the top of the notice you received

If you are ordering in-person at our Charleston, Florence, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, or Rock Hill office, we will ship your decals to the address you provide. If you visit our Columbia office, we may be able to provide your decals same-day.

Coin Operated Devices
Every person who maintains or permits the use of a machine or device, operated by coin or thing of value, for the purpose of amusement must apply for and procure a license every two years. In addition to all other licenses, a person who owns or operates devices described in Sections 12-21-2720 and 12-21-2730 shall obtain an operator's license every two years.
If a biennial license is purchased after June 30, the license fee is prorated on a 24-month basis with each month representing one-twenty fourth of the license fee imposed. All licenses are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
