❌ Credit card payments
cannot be canceled.
✅ ACH debit payments from your checking or savings account can be canceled
if the status is still pending.
If you were logged in to MyDORWAY when you made your ACH debit payment from your checking or savings account, you can cancel the
payment if the status is still pending. Start by logging in to
MyDORWAY and click the More
tab.
On the next screen, under the
Payments & Returns tab, select
Manage Payments & Returns.
On the next screen, from the
Show box's dropdown menu, select
Payments
and
Pending. You'll see a list of all payments that you made through MyDORWAY that are now
pending.
Click
Pending for the payment you wish to cancel.
On the next screen in the top right corner, click
Cancel.
If you were NOT logged in to MyDORWAY when you made your ACH debit payment from your checking or savings account, you can cancel the debit payment
if the status is still
pending.
From the
MyDORWAY homepage, select
Make a Payment,
then select Find Existing Payment
to check a payment's status. You'll need the email address and confirmation code associated with the payment.
