How do I find the forms I need?
Go to
Forms on the global navigation and select
Find a Form from the dropdown menu. You will be able to find current year forms and past year forms for all taxes organized by tax category. If you know the form number you are searching for, simply type it into the search bar (be sure to choose the proper year).
Trouble Viewing Fillable Forms?
Fillable Forms require Adobe Acrobat in order to function correctly. This is a plug-in available in Internet Explorer which is why there are no issues in opening fillable forms there. Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari have their own PDF Viewers which prevents the fillable functionality of our forms. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, right click on the fillable form you wish to download, select "Save link as," and choose where you would like to save the file. Then you can open the file from your computer and have the same fillable functionality.
