Office Collections Officers provide customer service, process pay plan requests, and work toward collecting debt. Field work is not required for this position. We provide training and development opportunities, including an established pathway for advancement, which provides the opportunity to move through each section of the Office Collections Team.
Hiring salary range: $40,000 - $44,400
Schedule:
- Hybrid schedules are available with up to two days of telework per week.
- Hours are available from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Minimum requirements (one of the following):
- A bachelor’s degree* in a related field
OR
- An associate’s degree in a business related field* and one year of relevant work experience
OR
- Relevant experience or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources (DSHR)
*Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning.
