  • New wage rates are effective.
  • Quarterly report is due no later than January 31.
  • Fourth Quarter/Annual Reconciliation (WH-1606Z) is due on or before January 31. You may request a 30-day maximum extension.
  • W-2 and 1099 forms must be distributed on or before January 31.
 
February 
  • $1,000 Annual Fee will be assessed for each job development project where claims exceed $10,000 during a calendar year.
  • $1,000 Annual Fee will be assessed for each Retraining project where claims exceed $40,000 during a calendar year.
  • Deadline to complete the training plan annual review is February 1.
March 
  • WH-1606Z returns with approved extension are due on or before March 2 (March 1 on leap years).
  • Forms W-2 or 1099 with approved extension are due on or before March 2 (March 1 on leap years).
 
April
  • Quarterly report is due within 30 days of the end of the quarter.
  • First Quarter Return (WH-1605Z) is due on April 30.

  • ​JDC Annual Reports for previous calendar year are due on June 30.
  • $500 annual renewal fee notices are sent by CCED.
  • JRT Annual Reports for previous calendar year are due on June 30th.
  • $250 JRT renewal fee notices are sent by SCDOR.
 
July
  • Quarterly report is due within 30 days of the end of the quarter.
  • $500 annual renewal fees due to CCED.
  • Second Quarter Return (WH-1605Z) is due on July 31.
  • $250 annual renewal fee due to DOR.

  • Quarterly report is due within 30 days of the end of the quarter.
  • Third Quarter Return (WH-1605Z) is due on October 31.

  • CCED mails wage memos for new calendar year.
  • SCDOR updates website and sends update letter for new calendar year.
