How to participate in the Go Green paperless mailing program​

  • As long as you have a MyDORWAY account, you can participate in Go Green!
    • You are automatically opted in to Go Green when you create your account.
    • If you already had a MyDORWAY account prior to June 27, 2022, you were automatically opted in to the Go Green program.

  • If you choose to opt out of Go Green, you can opt back in anytime:
    • Log in to MyDORWAY and select the Settings tab.
    • Next to Mail Delivery, click Mail.
    • On the next screen, select MyDORWAY and click Save.​

Make sure you're receiving Go Green notifications​

MyDORWAY will email Go Green program participants each day they receive a notice from the SCDOR. If you're not receiving those emails, update your MyDORWAY profile to ensure you're using a current email address. You can update your profile by logging in to MyDORWAY, then selecting Manage My Profile, located in the top-right corner of the page.

If your email address is correct, make sure you are opted in to receiving these email notifications on the Settings tab.

Why am I still receiving mail?

There are certain letters and notices that the SCDOR is legally required to send through the mail, so you may still get paper notices from us. Some notices will be mailed to you and posted to your MyDORWAY account.
