The Domestic Winery Permit is reserved for wineries who use at least 60% of the juice from grapes or other fruit grown in the state of South Carolina.
It authorizes:
- the manufacturing, blending, or bottling of wine
- the sale of wine produced at the winery to wholesalers
- the sale of wine produced at the winery for on-premises consumption as well as to go
- the shipment of wine produced to consumer residences
This license does NOT authorize:
- the sale or consumption of liquor
- the sale or consumption of beer
- the sale or consumption of wine not produced at the licensed location
- curbside sales or pickup of beer or wine
- drive-through sales or pickup of beer or wine
